- Freedom The Dialysis Holiday Specialist Ltd is a limited company which provides a holiday support service for Dialysis away from base internationally (company number 02045508).

- We use the personal information collected to help us achieve our company objectives to deliver our international DAFB services to patients and their families, create great relationships and tailor our communications with our clients, and to meet our legal, statutory or regulatory obligations.
